  • Organised Events, including
  • o 50/50 Club – Raising £348
  • o Christmas Fayre – Raising £4904
  • o Pamper Night – Raising £453
  • o Pupil Discos and Cinema club screenings
  • o P1 Soft Play party at Halloween
  • Paid £400 towards artwork to commemorate old school
  • Donated £360 for science week
  • Paid for a licence for Education City to enable children to access this learning tool at home
  • Paid for a licence to allow DVDs to be shown in the school
  • Donated £50 to each class to enable teachers to purchase items for their classrooms
  • Arranged for Campbell’s, our school uniform supplier, to attend Parents’ Evenings and P1 inductions enabling parents to order via the school and gaining a 10% donation to funds
  • Developed a Communication Policy to better communicate with parents
  • Donated speakers for classroom laptops previously donated by Parent Council
  • Donated 3 CD/Cassette and 2 CD/Ipod boomboxes
  • Donated a portable music system for dance program and outdoor activities
  • Donate a laptop for dance program in Gym
  • Donated autograph books as leaving gift for the P7s
  • Donated Library books (reference and topic) – £120
  •  Donated P1 Christmas presents
  • Help children to save using their Credit Union accounts – £3,398 saved to date

Plans for 2015/2016

  • Pay for a licence for Education City to enable children to access this learning tool at home,
  • including a new French Module
  • Pay for a licence to allow DVD’s to be shown in the school
  • Donate playground equipment for decant
  • Pay to relocate climbing wall onto decant building
  • Pay for pantomime
  • Donate approximately 40 tracksuits to represent school at sports events
  • Donate science equipment
