The Parent Council are proposing a change to the current constitution regarding the timing of the Annual General Meeting. Currently the constitution reads: 6.7 The AGM of the Parent Council will be held (at an agreed date) during the Summer School Term (April – June) of each year. A notice of the meeting including date, time and place will be sent to all members of the Parent Forum at least two weeks in advance.
Proposed change: 6.7 The A.G.M. of the Parent Council will be held (at an agreed date) during the Autumn School Term (Sep-Oct) of each year. A notice of the meeting including date, time and place will be sent to all members of the Parent Forum at least two weeks in advance.
Any objections to the proposed change should be sent by 21 May 2018 to parentcouncil@burnsideprimary.org
